About Peachjar eflyers

In the past, our schools sent home loads of flyers in students’ backpacks. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and to embrace innovative technology, we have moved from paper to a digital flyer delivery.

With our Peachjar eflyer program, the eflyers will be sent directly to parents’ email inboxes as well as posted on school websites for easy access. All flyers may be accessed by clicking on the   logo.

Each year, our schools will save tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

School and school district-approved eflyers will keep you informed about upcoming school activities, programs, and events. And our children's backpacks will be a little bit lighter!

PBIS Tip of the week

In the mornings before school as well as during lunch, let’s remember to clean up after ourselves and to throw away our trash and recycle! Why, you ask? Because “there

is no Planet B, we have to take care of the one we have!”  In other words, let’s work together to be good stewards of our school and the planet.

Panther Peer Tutors

Parkway Middle School

Panther Peer Tutors are 8th grade scholars who volunteer their time to help their fellow students with homework and studying in the four core subjects: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Panther Peer Tutors are recommended by classroom teachers; teachers will also choose students who are motivated and willing to receive help to participate in tutoring. Panther Peer Tutors meet before school (7:45-8:15 AM) or after school (3:15-3:45) with their assigned students on Mondays and Thursdays. Morning tutoring will be in D7, and afternoon tutoring will be in D3.

Students participating in the tutoring program must sign the Panther Peer Tutoring Program Agreement. Click Here for a copy.  Please read all information carefully.  Parents interested in having their students tutored by a Panther Peer Tutor need to contact their student's teachers or counselor.

PHMS Uniform Policy

New PHMS Uniform Policy

PDF Version: 17-18 Uniform Policy Detailed

Nueva política de uniforme en español

We understand that our policy may be confusing for some, but it clearly states that no hooded sweatshirts are allowed, regardless of zip-up or pullover. Any sweater/sweatshirt that is zip-up and has a hood, is not allowed on campus. Jackets may have a hood but the hood cannot be worn on campus unless the administration allows it because of inclement weather. Students that purchased Parkway logo hooded sweatshirts in the past may wear this on campus. We are phasing out this type of sweatshirt and are currently selling sweatshirts with no hoods.  This policy will be strictly enforced starting September 5 but please make the appropriate adjustments to your child’s clothing options immediately.
