About Peachjar eflyers

In the past, our schools sent home loads of flyers in students’ backpacks. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and to embrace innovative technology, we have moved from paper to a digital flyer delivery.

With our Peachjar eflyer program, the eflyers will be sent directly to parents’ email inboxes as well as posted on school websites for easy access. All flyers may be accessed by clicking on the   logo.

Each year, our schools will save tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

School and school district-approved eflyers will keep you informed about upcoming school activities, programs, and events. And our children's backpacks will be a little bit lighter!

Middle School Summer Program Information

Middle School Summer School
STEM and ELEVATE
Parkway Heights Middle School
June 11 – July 16, 2018

Welcome to our Summer School Program for South San Francisco. Whether you are in the STEM Program or the ELEVATE MATH Program, we look forward to seeing you on June 11, 2018, when classes begin. Below are a few details for your information:

  • Classes begin at 8:30 and end at 12:45. We meet Monday through Thursday (NO FRIDAYS), and we will be closed July 4 and 5 for the Independence Day holiday.

  • There will be FREE meal service for students this summer. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 8:20. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:00.

  • Supervision on site begins at 8:00 am. Please do not send/drop off your child before 8:00 am. Students should be picked up at 12:45 pm. Campus will be closed at 1:00 pm.

  • Due to construction on site at Parkway Heights Middle School THERE WILL BE NO FOOT TRAFFIC OR CARS PASSING THROUGH THE SUNSET AVENUE ENTRANCE OFF OF CHESTNUT AVENUE. Cars will not be able to enter the gate through the Sunset Avenue exit off of Eucalyptus Avenue. Please drop your child off on Eucalyptus Avenue and make a right onto Park Avenue as you leave to keep the flow of traffic moving. If you choose to park and walk your child onto campus, please be courteous to the neighbors and avoid blocking driveways. It may a little confusing at first, so please drive carefully and watch for students crossing in the crosswalks.

  • All students should bring backpacks with school supplies (pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers (no Sharpies, please), rounded-end scissors, ruler, calculator (if he/she already has one), and binder paper. Uniforms are not required. Please dress accordingly for school. For safety reasons, shoes must be worn – no sandals or flip-flops, please.

  • For some of the projects in the STEM program, students need to start saving and bringing in the following items: toilet and paper towel rolls (just the cardboard inside roll), plastic water bottles
